Refund Policy

1. Our 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every PurityVibe order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

This guarantee applies to:

• Products that do not work as described
• Products received damaged or defective
• Products you simply changed your mind about (within the return window)

To be eligible for a refund:

• The return request must be made within 30 days of your delivery date
• The product must be returned in its original or reasonable condition
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

We do not require the product to be unused — we understand you need to try it to know if it works for you.

• Defective or damaged products: We cover all return shipping costs
• Change of mind returns: Return shipping is at the customer's expense
• Incorrect item received: We cover all costs and send a replacement immediately

• Refund approved: within 1–2 business days of receiving your return
• Processing time: 5–7 business days
• Credit card refunds: may take an additional 3–10 business days depending on your bank

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

If your product is defective or you received the wrong item, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please contact us at legal@purityvibe.co with your order number and a photo of the issue.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modification
• Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)

8. UK Consumers — Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving any reason. This is in addition to our 30-day guarantee.

To exercise your 14-day statutory cancellation right, notify us at legal@purityvibe.co before the 14-day period expires. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of you providing proof of return — whichever is earlier.

9. EU Consumers

EU consumers also benefit from a 14-day statutory cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Your rights under applicable national law are not affected by this policy. In addition, EU consumers benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee on physical goods.

10. International Orders (Middle East, Africa & Rest of World)

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all orders worldwide. Please note:

• International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns
• Customs and import duties paid on delivery are non-refundable by us
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all international returns
